  • What are the show dates and times?

    Access to the show for the public is from October 23 to 27, 2024, from 9am to 7pm. Access doors close at 6:30 pm.

    Access to the show for exhibitors (during the show's opening period) is from October 23 to 27, 2024, from 8am to 8pm. "

  • Where does the show take place?
    Paris Games Week takes place at Paris Expo, Porte de Versailles.

Exhibitor access

  • How do I access my customer/exhibitor area?

    You can access your exhibitor area at the following address: https://event.parisgamesweek.com/2024/

    As of 18/03/2024, the connection box to your exhibitor area has changed. For the first connection, please (re)create a new account. Procedure for creating an account.

    Click on the registration link below the login form (Don't have an account yet? Register).
    Fill in the form and click on the 'Register' button. You will then have access to your exhibitor area.

  • I've lost/forgotten my password for my exhibitor area. How can I retrieve it?

    If you lose or forget your password, simply enter your login details and click on ""Forgot your password? A reset link will automatically be sent to you by e-mail, to the address of the exhibition manager.

    Don't forget to add the email address [email protected] to your address book to prevent your new password being sent to the Unwanted category. "

  • I already took part in last year's show? Can I reuse my customer account (e-mail address + password) to register for the new edition?

    Since March 2024, the login box for your exhibitor area has changed. For your first connection, please (re)create a new account.
    Simply go to https://event.parisgamesweek.com/2024

    And follow the procedure below:
    Click on the registration link under the login form (Don't have an account yet? Register).
    Complete the form and click on the ""Register"" button, and you will again have access to your exhibitor area. "

  • I'm having trouble logging on to my exhibitor area. What can I do?

    Here are a few tips for accessing your exhibitor space:

    > Prefer Google Chrome as your browser
    > Open a tab in ""Private Browsing"" or ""Incognito"" mode to avoid any automatic reconnection to your old session.
    > Check that the email address you use to log in (username) matches the one given in your registration pack.
    > Enter your corresponding password

    If you are unsure of your password or if it does not work, click on ""Forgot your password?"" to receive a reset link.

Exhibitor registration

  • Who are my trade show contacts for registration?
    If you have any problems registering for Paris Games Week, please contact our sales team at [email protected].
  • Can more than one person exhibit on your stand?
    Yes, to register a co-exhibitor, the direct exhibitor must first order the corresponding item from the online store. For example, for a co-exhibitor, the “Co-exhibitor Pack” item must be ordered. This order can be placed either at the time of registration, or once the latter has been validated in the online store in the customer/exhibitor area. Once the order has been placed, the exhibitor then enters the information associated with this registration in the “Partners” tab of his exhibitor space, then “Declare my partners”. Once this information has been entered, the exhibitor must wait for the Organizer's validation before his partner company can appear in the list of exhibitors on the website.   • Can we choose our location?
    You can inform your sales representative of your desired location, and he'll do his best to accommodate you. Notification of your location will be sent to you as soon as the plan is ready. You must have paid your deposit in order to be allocated a site.
  • What documents do I need to register?
    As part of your registration, you will be asked to provide a KBIS with all your contact details. If you're a foreign company, you'll need to fill in your intra-Community VAT number or a business certificate in order to be invoiced without VAT (VAT is still compulsory on badges, invitations and parking).
  • What is the deadline for finalizing your registration?
    The sooner you register, the sooner you can benefit from show promotion (newsletters, posts on social networks, press relations...). You can also reserve the communication tools that will accompany your presence. Ask your sales contact for advice.
  • Who can I contact after registering?
    Once you've registered for the show, your main contact is our Customer Relations Manager. You can contact him/her at the following address: [email protected]
  • What payment methods are accepted?

    "You can pay by bank transfer, credit card or cheque (France only). Cash payments are accepted up to a limit of €1000 per exhibitor.

    Bank transfer :
    The bank details for making a bank transfer can be found directly on your invoice, order form and available if required directly in your customer area > Financial Area tab > Invoices & Payments.

    Credit card:
    Payment by credit card is made directly in your customer area: Tab Financial Area > Invoices & Settlements.

  • What are the insurance rules at the show?
    "The rental risks - property damage insurance offer, details of which are given in the ""Insurance regulations"", is an automatic insurance policy which must be taken out, in particular in order to meet the requirements of the company managing the Exhibition Site. You can find the Show's insurance regulations in your exhibitor area under the heading ""Practical information > Insurance regulations""."

  • Where can I find all the regulations, terms and conditions ...?
    The various regulations can be downloaded from your exhibitor area, in the “Practical info” section.
  • What is my booth number?
    "Your stand number is assigned as of the 1st payment for your participation in the show. From then on, the information is entered on the home page of your online exhibitor space. If this is not the case, the plan is still being drawn up by the sales team. We advise you to contact your sales representative."
  • How can I order furniture?

    To order all the additional services required for your stand (technical, furniture, parking, etc.) go directly to the VIPARIS online platform: https ://www.viparisstore.com

    Go to your online customer area to find all the KEY DATES and DEADLINE for your event.

  • What types of stand are available?
    Depending on your budget and objectives, we offer a range of stand types and formulas: bare stands, equipped stands, customized stands... Contact our sales team to find out more: [email protected]
  • Where can I find information about my stand?
    You can find the type of stand you have ordered in your exhibitor area, tab Financial Area > orders. For more details on your stand type, please refer to the exhibitor guide.
  • Do I have a bare stand?

    Your surface area includes only the ground layout of your area, without a party wall. You must :

    - send the side layout plan of your stand for validation to the following address: [email protected]

  • What is the purpose of the forms in the exhibitor area?

    Some of these forms are mandatory. Safety notice: this document is compulsory for all stands, and certifies that you have read the information on accident prevention and health protection.

    ATTENTION to the deadline for validating the document.

  • Can I leave my personal belongings on the stand in locked areas?
    Equipped stand reserves or counter modules rented from the organizer are not secure premises. We advise you not to leave your personal belongings (wallets, purses, bags, telephones, etc.) unattended.

Badges

  • I haven't received my exhibitor badge / How do I get my exhibitor badge?

    You must register your exhibitor badges in your online customer area in the section >> BADGES & INVITATIONS > Exhibitor Badges

    NB: to be able to download your exhibitor badge and e-mail them to your colleagues, your participation in the show must have been paid for.

    Remember to print out your badges before coming to the show, as you will be asked for them at the exhibitor entrance. Badge holders will be available at the exhibitor reception desk."

Invitations

  • How do I invite my customers to the show?

    Invite your customers or prospects to come and meet you at the show, using the E-invitations/E-codes available in the > Shop section.

Communication / Catalog

  • How do I register for the catalog?
    You can register for the catalog in your exhibitor area, under COMMUNICATION > Catalogue registration.
  • How can I change the name I want to appear under in communication materials?

    You can change the name under which you wish to appear in our communication materials at any time in the section >> COMMUNICATION >> CATALOG REGISTRATION.

    Please note, however, the closing date for the exhibitor list in our Visitor Guide and Exhibition Orientation Plan (printed material). Any changes made after the closing date will not be taken into account!

  • How can I order communication tools?
    To order communication tools, go to the “Shop” tab in your exhibitor area. Should you require any further information, please do not hesitate to contact your sales representative: [email protected]
  • Where can I send my press releases?
    You can submit them directly from your exhibitor area under “Communication and my press releases”.

Orders & Invoices

  • I haven't received my invoice. How can I get it back?

    You can find it in your exhibitor area Espace financier > Invoices and payment.

    If you don't see it, it's because it hasn't yet been sent to you, and will be as soon as possible by our invoicing department. If you are not paying, you will not have access to the invoices, and we advise you to contact directly the company in charge of the payment of your participation.

    An e-mail is sent to you to inform you of the availability of the invoice/credit note on their customer area. Invoices/credits are only sent by post."

  • How do I change / cancel my order?

    The exhibitor is free to delete or modify an order in ""basket"" status, i.e. when the order has not yet been validated.

    If you need to modify or cancel a validated order, please send your request to the following email address: [email protected]

    Once the modification has been taken into account by our teams, the exhibitor will receive an email to confirm the modification.

    Please note: cancellations/modifications are only possible up to a certain date. Once the service has been installed, it cannot be cancelled or modified.

  • Can I pay my bills online?
    You can pay the balance of your participation in your online customer area in the section >> FINANCIAL AREA >> INVOICES & PAYMENTS.
  • How does vat recovery work?

  • When do I have to pay for my participation in the show?
    A deposit is required to register for the show. Only the deposit validates your registration. The balance is to be paid according to the show schedule, communicated at the bottom of your “participation request” document.
  • Can I pay in instalments?

    Yes, it is possible to pay for your participation in the show in several instalments:

    - 1st deposit upon registration: 30% of the total amount incl. VAT.
    - Balance of your stand to be paid 5 weeks before the show opens.
    For all registrations made less than 30 days before the show, full payment is required upon validation of your application.

  • Are there order deadlines for certain products?

    Yes, for certain products, articles or technical specifications.

    We invite you to take note of the KEY DATES and DEADLINES of your show on your online exhibitor space, on the home page or in the ROUTEBOOK at your disposal.

  • Are store items marked up?
    After these dates, the online store will be closed and certain items will be subject to a 20% surcharge. Orders must then be placed directly on site at the show's exhibitor reception desk.
  • Where can I view my ordered items?
    You can consult all your orders on your exhibitor space in the tab and heading Financial space > Orders and or > Items ordered .
  • How can you delegate your orders to a stand designer, decorator or other service provider?

    If you wish to delegate your orders to an external service provider, you must first declare them in your exhibitor area. To do this, go to the “My Account” section and click on “My decorators”. You will then be asked to select an existing company or enter a new one. Once you've entered your details, click on “Submit”. You will then be asked to enter your decorator's contact details.

    Please note: all orders placed by the decorator will be billed directly to him/her. The exhibitor has no visibility on orders placed.

  • Where can I find the salon's bank details?
    The salon's bank details can be found at the bottom of your invoices and order forms.
  • How do I change my billing address?

    The postal address used to issue your invoice is the one you provided when you registered for the show.

  • I need my invoice
    You can download all your invoices directly in the >> FINANCIAL AREA >> INVOICES & PAYMENTS section of your exhibitor area or contact our Sales Administration department by e-mail: [email protected]
  • Can I pay my bills online?
    You can pay the balance of your participation in your online customer area in the section >> FINANCIAL AREA >> INVOICES & PAYMENTS.

  • What are the installation dates?

    Exhibitor set-up and dismantling dates and times are available in your exhibitor area, as well as in your ‘Exhibitor Guide’.

  • Where can I park my car during the show?

  • Where can I park during the show?

    To order a parking space, please go to your exhibitor area. Parking spaces will be issued only after payment has been received.

    PARIS: Only light-vehicle countermarks can be downloaded directly from your exhibitor area after ordering.

  • I'm disabled, how can I get parking as close as possible to the show?

  • Can I bring my dog?
    With the exception of guide dogs, pets are not allowed at Paris Games Week.
  • Can I have my brochures/packages/materials sent to the stand?

    You can have deliveries made to you at the show. Deliveries are authorized on set-up days from 8:00 am to 8:00 pm and during show opening hours from 7:30 am to 9:00 am only. Deliveries are your responsibility.

  • What is LOGIPASS?

    This is a registration platform designed to regulate and control vehicle access to VIPARIS parks. This system is mandatory if you (or your carrier) need to access the delivery areas with your vehicle.

  • Is there parking for exhibitors?

    During set-up and dismantling, the unloading dock will be accessible to vehicles during unloading and loading. All PARKING information is available in your Exhibitor Area under >>PRATICAL INFO >> SERVICES and in the Exhibitor's Guide.

    You can reserve your parking space(s) in the >> SHOP section of your Exhibitor Area.

  • Is there free WIFI at the show?

    A ‘consultation’ WIFI is available during the show.

    For all other uses (online booking, streaming, downloading heavy data, etc.), we recommend that you order a wired Internet connection.
